We offer you the expertise of a large institute with the efficiency and flexibility of a small team.

How do I become a test subject?

We take your contact details and a few details about certain usage habits over the phone so that we can contact you specifically for certain studies.

Where do the tests take place?

You will usually receive the test products directly from us in Wiesbaden, sometimes also in Schwalbach or Kronberg. Sometimes you test a product with us and evaluate it directly afterwards in an interview or in a questionnaire, but mostly you test the respective product at home.

How do the tests usually work?

Before we call you, we usually send you an initial exploratory email. Here we reveal what the study is about and when it will take place. If you are interested and meet the criteria we are looking for, please contact us by email.

In advance, we always go through a short questionnaire with you on the phone to check whether you fit into the specified target group, tell you how the respective study is planned and how high the participation fee is. You then decide whether you would like to take part and we will arrange the necessary appointments if necessary.

You will always receive an invitation with your appointments by email. We usually also send you confidentiality agreements or declarations of consent in advance by email so that you have the opportunity to read through everything at your leisure before your appointment and ask any questions you may have.

Is there any remuneration?

Depending on the work involved (number and length of your appointments, length of questionnaire, etc.), you will receive an appropriate fee, which we will either pay you in cash or transfer to your account.

Do you have any questions? Contact us – we will be happy to help you!
